FEBRUARY, 2007 GUIDED TOUR The Rocky Mountains surrounding the Crowsnest Pass offer some of the best snowmobiling in Canada. The diversity of terrain gives a mixture of trails, hills, bowls and mountain riding. Within the immediate area of the Crowsnest Pass, there are more than 1,200 km (550 miles) of marked trails in the Bow Crow Forest Reserve. However, as the Pass is surrounded by mountains, the unmarked trail system is limitless. Rides to favorite local destinations such as Window Mountain, Lost Lake or the Airplane Crash are available. As well, Mountain Memories provides guided tours into the South Castle Valley, Westcastle Valley, Kananaskis, Corbin and Flathead. Having snowmobiled this region for more than 30 years, many of Mountain Memories' trips are into different areas and not the usual well-travelled trails of others. Although rides to some of the Alpine areas should only be done by experienced sledders, tours can be customized for the beginner. Our expert guides are very experienced in snowmobiling and endeavor to show riders a good time. The added bonuses are enjoying the magnificent scenery and stopping for a campfire lunch! RATES
